The app requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to attach an image to your request. This permission is optional. Photos are used solely to provide our team with visual context for your request and are not stored beyond what is necessary to process it.
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your request (typically until the service or calibration is completed). If a commercial relationship or documentation arises from your request (e.g. an invoice or service report), we retain relevant data in accordance with statutory retention periods for commercial and tax records (typically 5 to 10 years, depending on applicable legislation).
