This Privacy Policy describes how Analysis d.o.o. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use the Analysis Portal mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a service request, product inquiry, or calibration request, we collect:

Information you provide:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Description of your request
• Equipment details (manufacturer, model, serial number)
• Photos of instruments or equipment (optional)

Technical information collected automatically:

• Country (derived from IP address, which is immediately discarded and not stored)
• Device operating system and app version
• Language and country derived from app settings

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• Process and respond to your service, product, or calibration requests
• Send your request to the appropriate department within Analysis d.o.o.
• Send you a confirmation email that your request was received
• Prevent abuse and enforce fair use limits

3. Data Storage and Processors

Your data is processed by the following trusted third-party services acting as data processors on our behalf:

• Resend (resend.com) — used to deliver emails. Your request details are transmitted through their service. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Supabase (supabase.com) — used to securely store request records in our database. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Some of our processors (such as Supabase and Resend) may store or process data on servers located within the European Union (EU) or United States (US). We ensure that all international data transfers comply with applicable regulations (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework in force since July 2023, GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses, and relevant national data protection laws in Serbia and North Macedonia) to guarantee a high level of data security.

4. Camera and Photo Access

The app requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to attach an image to your request. This permission is optional. Photos are used solely to provide our team with visual context for your request and are not stored beyond what is necessary to process it.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your request (typically until the service or calibration is completed). If a commercial relationship or documentation arises from your request (e.g. an invoice or service report), we retain relevant data in accordance with statutory retention periods for commercial and tax records (typically 5 to 10 years, depending on applicable legislation). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights and Legal Framework

We process your personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds:

• Your explicit consent — data you enter in the form (name, company name, email, phone, request description, equipment details and photos) is processed based on the consent you give by checking the agreement box before submitting.
• Legitimate interest — technical data collected automatically (operating system, country derived from IP address) is processed based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and ensuring system security.

If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Depending on your country of residence, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data under the following applicable laws:

• Croatia & Slovenia: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU 2016/679)
• Serbia: Law on Personal Data Protection (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti)
• North Macedonia: Law on Personal Data Protection (Закон за заштита на личните податоци)
